About Carara Bay Agujas
Located in front of Agujas Beach, with more than 200 meters adjoining the Beach’s Public Zone. Close to two other well-known beaches, Playa Blanca of almost 603 linear meters of fine white sand, and Playa Mantas of approximately 858 linear meters. The vision and main objective of the Project is to create a residential community that mainly supplies the local market of Costa Rica and the United States.
The Project Master Plan considers: 98 villas (individual residences of two and three floors and with 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms), 36 apartments of two levels, 53 lots of residential use, 7 lots for mixed use (residential or commercial), a lot for a 100-room hotel and a great and incredible social area with a clubhouse and a large recreational lagoon. Some of the residences will have views of the Pacific Ocean and / or the natural forest.
