About Tranquilo Punta Leona
Located in a very exclusive area of Punta Leona, near two beaches, Playa Blanca of around 603 linear meters of fine white sand, and Playa Mantas of approximately 858 linear meters. The Project Master Plan includes 48 individual residences of two and three bedrooms, scattered on the site in groups of four units per building. The owners of the Tranquilo Project will have privileged access to all facilities and services, which include a clubhouse and a pool. This development offers panoramic views of the ocean, as well as the secondary forest that rises over the nearby coast.
The vision and main objective of the development is to create a residential community that mainly supplies the local market of Costa Rica and North America. With an area of 6.16 hectares (15.21 acres) and a small environmental footprint, the developer wants to keep most of the property in its natural state for use by the owners of the residences. Less than 17% of the land (2.5 acres) will be used for development, including individual residences, roads and other items within the package. This low density offers residents 12.74 acres of natural forest area, with a challenging terrain to hike just steps from your door.
