Hotel La Perlita offers in the main building three apartments. Two with one bedroom the other one with 2 bedrooms which are fully equipped with open plan kitchens. The two Studios in the main building do not have kitchens. All units have private bathrooms, TV, and patios, or terraces. In the garden close to the swimming pool are two more bungalows, one with a queen size beds, the other one with two single beds that can be joined together. They have private bathrooms and AC, perfect for two people.
The garden was planted with many tropical plants and trees, and is visited by butterflies, iguanas, and birds. The swimming pool is in the middle of the garden with sunchairs around the pool, and a separate sitting area where breakfast is served to the guests. The hotel offers a private parking, and a laundry facility to the guests.
The hotel has his own water tank and is partially powered by solar energy to produce hot water. It is also connected to public electricity and water.

Tous les logements disposent d'une salle de bains privée, d'une télévision et d'un patio ou d'une terrasse. Dans le jardin, près de la piscine, se trouvent deux autres bungalows, l'un avec un grand lit, l'autre avec deux lits simples qui peuvent être réunis. Ils disposent d'une salle de bains privée et de la climatisation, et sont parfaits pour deux personnes.
Le jardin a été planté de nombreuses plantes et arbres tropicaux et est visité par des papillons, des iguanes et des oiseaux. La piscine se trouve au milieu du jardin, avec des chaises longues autour de la piscine et un coin salon séparé où le petit déjeuner est servi aux clients. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé et d'une blanchisserie.
L'hôtel dispose de son propre réservoir d'eau et est partiellement alimenté par l'énergie solaire pour produire de l'eau chaude. Il est également raccordé au réseau public d'électricité et d'eau.
